小儿原发性肝癌诊治中的几个问题

摘要：23 cases of primary liver carcinoma are reported in this paper.Statistics of our hospital shows that the number of primary liver carcinoma cases is smaller than that of nephroblastoma but greater than that of neuroblastoma,in the second place.Of the 23 cases reported here,18 were boys and 5 girls,ranging from 38 days to 14 years in age.16 were under 3.On liver biopsy,16 cases were diagnosed as hepatoblastoma ( 4 cases) and primary liver carcinoma (12).4 of them had hepatic lobectomy.One died of hemorrhage during the operation and three survived respectively for 1/2,1 1/2 and 15 years (the last one was successfully treated with left lobectomy and remains in good health.Still another patient underwent Roux-Y cholecystojejunostomy and the others had only laparotomy and biopsy.
